Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Sept. 26, 2016

On Sept. 25, the Sheriff’s Office investigated four accident(s) and three complaint(s).

Accidents

  • Officers responded to a non injury accident on SR 79 between CR 402 and CR 51.
  • Keith Hart of Warsaw was traveling northbound on SR 83 while rounding a curve he went off the right side of the roadway and struck a wooden fence.
  • Officers responded to a non injury accident on Township Road 106 near SR 93.
  • Officers responded to an accident with injuries on CR 151. 65-year-old Melvin Wallace of West Lafayette was traveling south on CR 151 on his bicyle when he was struck by 78-year-old William Bower of West Lafayette who was also traveling south on CR 151. Mr. Wallace was transported from the scene to Coshocton Memorial Hospital and then transfered to Grant Hospital by Med Flight.

Complaints

  • Steve Ramsey of Coshocton reported the theft of his 2000 Lincoln Town car.
  • Residents in the south 12th Street, Spring Street and Kenilworth Ave. area reported vehicles broken into and property stolen from the vehicles.
  • Ricky Rhoades of Warsaw reported his 14-year-old daughter ran away.
