12:46 P.M. Stanley M Eicher of Port Washington was entering CR 9 from a parking lot when he failed to yield and struck the vehicle driven by Daniel L Lewis of Coshocton. Mr. Lewis was arrested and charged with OVI and OVI Low Breath.
Complaints
8:18 A.M. April S Kise of Coshocton reported her vehicle was stolen. Daniel L Lewis of Coshocton was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
10:26 A.M. An illegal dump site was discovered on CR 271 near 83 in Tuscarawas Twp.
