On Dec. 13, the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following calls:
Louis W. Cappello, age 35 of 610 Plainfield Road West Lafayette was cited for no driver’s license and obstructed view. Upon further investigation Stacey R. Durbin, age 33, of the same address was cited for wrongful entrustment
Justin D. Bradford, age 27 of 217 East 7th Street was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
