Legal Notice

Notice, pursuant to ORC 5301.332, is hereby given to the following: A.S.N.F. Producing, Inc. whose last known address is 157 Wilbur Drive, NE, North Canton, Ohio 44720 and KMFAD Oil and Gas, LLC, whose last known address is 26708 Township Road 345, Warsaw, Ohio 43844, and to their respective successors, and assigns, who may hold an interest in a certain oil and gas lease executed by Allan R. Bishop and Jeanne E. Bishop to Jerry Moore, Inc. dated April 30, 1979 and recorded on May 4, 1979 in Volume 96, Page 295 of the Lease Records, Recorder’s Office, Coshocton County, Ohio, (the ‘’Lease”).

The premises described in the Lease being generally described as approximately 204 acres of real property in lots 39 and 40, Clark Township and Section 1, Monroe Township, Coshocton County, Ohio and further described in the Lease as Tract #1 being bounded on the North by lands of McKelvey, Lepley, Snow, Holmes Co. Line, East by lands of Clark Township Line, Kelley, small tract, South by lands of Moore, Kelley, small tract and West by lands of Kelley, McKelvey, Lepley and Snow and Tract #2 being bounded on the North by lands of Hoxworth, Ozak, Demarco, East by lands of Ozak, Demarco, South by lands of Korns, Demarco and West by lands of Hoxworth and Monroe Township Line (“Leased Property”).

Jeanne E. Bishop acquired the Leased Property by deeds recorded in Volume 317, Page 367 and Volume 311, Page 327 of the Deed Records of Coshocton County, Ohio and a Certificate of Transfer recorded at Volume 438, Page 575 of the Official Records of Coshocton County, Ohio.

The Lease has expired by its terms because neither oil nor gas or their constituents is being found on the Leased Property in paying quantities and the Leased Property is not being operated in the search for oil or gas.

Please be advised that because of the failure and breach of the Lease, Jeanne E. Bishop, the current fee simple owner of the Leased Property, intends to file for record an affidavit of forfeiture pursuant to ORC 5301.332 with the County Recorder of Coshocton County, Ohio, if you do not release the Lease of record within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
