Tree seedlings available

COSHOCTON – The Coshocton Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is taking orders for tree seedlings. All trees can be ordered in quantities of 5, 25 or 100 to allow for customers to mix and match as to their preference.

Evergreens available include: Eastern White Cedar and White Pine. Prices are five seedlings for $10, 25 for $20, or 100 for $60.

Deciduous seedlings available include: American Beech, American Plum, Bald Cypress, Black Walnut, Black Willow, Hackberry, Northern Pecan, Ohio Buckeye, Persimmon, Red Oak, Redbud, River Birch, Shellbark Hickory, Sugar Maple, Swamp White Oak (Pin Oak), Tuliptree, White Flowering Dogwood and White Oak. Prices are five seedlings for $10, 25 for $30, or 100 for $90.

Trees are bare root seedlings ranging in size from 4”-18” in height.  All stock is state and federally inspected.

Order forms, including trees available and tree descriptions, are available at the district office in the County Services Building, 724 S. Seventh St., Room 120, Coshocton, OH or on the SWCD’s website at www.coshoctonswcd.org. Orders are due by March 24 at 4 p.m.  Payment must be included with your order.
