In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 24th day of March, 2017, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE CITY OF COSHOCTON to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on April 7, 2017.

NOTE: If the United States of America holds a lien on the real estate, the United States of America shall have the right to redeem as provided by Title 28, Section 2410 (C), United States Code.

TERMS OF SALE: IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED UP TO $10,000.00, A DEPOSIT OF $2,000.00 IS REQUIRED. IF THE PORPERTY APPRAISED OVER $10,000.00 BUT LESS THAN $200,000.00, A DEPOSIT OF $5,000.00 IS REQUIRED. IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED OVER $200,000.00, A DEPOSIT OF $10,000.00 IS REQUIRED. BALANCE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF DEED. BIDDING WILL START AT TWO-THIRDS OF THE APPRAISED VALUE FOR THE FIRST SALE DATE.
