Jack E. Robinette
WARSAW – Jack Edward Robinette, 79, of Beech St., died Thursday, March 2, 2017 in the Emergency Room at the Coshocton Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 7, 1937 in St. Claire Shores, MI to the late William P. and Ethel Mary (Keefer) Robinette. He was raised by the late Leo and Margret Hawthorne, and was a 1956 graduate of Warsaw High School. He worked for the former Husted Chevrolet, Peabody Coach Co., and was a custodian for River View Schools until his retirement. He served a term as a councilman for the Village of Warsaw, and was continuing to serve on the Village of Warsaw Zoning Committee. He was a true “Jack of all trades”, who would help out a friend in-need of any kind of work. He enjoyed being around family, and especially spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by a son, Ed (Lori) Robinette of Warsaw; a daughter, Sheila Robinette of Warsaw; six grandchildren, Matthew Robinette (Tracie Cole), Rachel (Brandon) Cherup, Heather (Colt) Kaser, Carrie Guilliams (Philip Cohen); Joshua (Bethany) Young, and Jandi Young (Dusty Foster); great-grandchildren, Jack, Rogan, Scarlet , Georgia, Isabella, Jada, and Elaina, with Baby Cherup & Baby Young expected; the mother of his children, Bonnie Robinette; a special friend, Kim Wilson; and his beloved dog, “Onyx”.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours are from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, March 4th the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
