In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the South door of the Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 21st day of April 2017, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE CITY OF COSHOCTON to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on MAY 19th, 2017.
