COSHOCTON – GentleBrook Inc. recently acquired Health Services of Coshocton Home Health Division. GentleBrook Inc. has been serving the developmentally disabled in Hartville and West Lafayette (Lafayette Meadows) since 1974. GentleBrook Inc. is a not-for-profit company invested in giving back to the community. It provides services and programs that help its clients integrate in their own communities. The campus in Hartville proudly houses a DD long term care facility, a senior assisted living facility, home health services, workshop, community sports complex, and The Front Porch store and café.
The decision to purchase Health Services of Coshocton Home Health enables GentleBrook to expand services in Coshocton and surrounding communities. The staff and board at Health Services share GentlBrook’s philosophies regarding client care and community service. The nursing and direct care staff are like minded caring individuals which strive to provide consistent, personalized, and comprehensive care to its clients. They take a team centered approach to caring for each person, with the goal of helping the individual have an increased quality of life and community integration.
Health Services of Coshocton, a division of GentleBrook Inc. serves its clients in many different ways. They offer skilled nursing, IV therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, personal care, homemaker services, and life line home monitoring.
