Shawn C. Wem, of Warsaw was cited for expired plates, fictitious plates, and driving while under a 12 point suspension.
Joseph E. Wheeler, of Coshocton, was arrested on a warrant for domestic violence.
Officer received a report of unwanted persons in the 600 block of East Main Street.
