12:00 P.M. Officers responded to the Civic Center on a report of a female who was yelling at people. Dawn D’Ostroph of Coshocton was arrested and charged with menacing.
6:33 P.M. A resident in the 600 block of Elm Street reported a vehicle vandalized.
8:00 P.M. Officers initiated a traffic stop at the Coshocton Regional Medical Center. After investigation Malcolm Starns of Coshocton was charged with OVI and cited for speed and driving without a license.
