On Sept. 3, 2017 the Sheriff’s Office investigated 3 accident (s) and 2 complaint (s)

 

Accidents

6:44 A.M. Randal Dieter of Southington Ohio was traveling eastbound on CR 41 at the intersection of SR 60 when his brakes failed causing the vehicle to travel across SR 60 and come to a rest in a yard.

 

7:16 P.M. Blake Carroll of Coshocton was riding an ATV on a trail on CR 7 when he took a curve too fast causing the ATV to roll.

 

10:48 P.M. Shaylee Ackley of Coshocton backed into Alexis Lowe of West Lafayette while in the drive thru at Mc Donald’s.

 

Complaints

1:47 A.M. Heidi Ferrell of Coshocton reported a vehicle belonging to Doug Casteel of Coshocton had been stolen from the 1300 block of Chestnut.  The vehicle was located moments later on its top on CR 16 at Morgan Run Road.  No occupants were in the vehicle and no suspects have been located at this time.

 

2:43 P.M. Steven Belt of Coshocton reported the theft of a tool box full of tools and a chainsaw.
