Warrants served at CR 18 residence

COSHOCTON – On Sept. 13, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office executed warrants at a residence on County Road 18 in Coshocton County. These warrants were in reference to individuals refusing to vacate a property after multiple court orders to do so.

Five people were initially taken into custody without incident and the rightful owner has now taken possession of the property.

Assisting the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office were: Muskingum County Sherriff’s Office, Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, Coshocton County Prosecutor’s Office, Coshocton County EMS and Walhonding Valley Fire.

This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
