Mary Jane Lowe
FRAZYESBURG – Mary Jane Lowe, 69, died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at her residence.
She was born March 12, 1948 in Warsaw to the late Roy D. and Willaw (Ward) Guthrie.
She was a devoted mother and homemaker most of her life. She worked at Lazarus in Columbus, The Collection Bureau in Coshocton and The Hamilton House in Dresden. She was active in 4-H and a 1966 graduate of River View High School. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings, family, and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Myron “Marty” Lowe, whom she married June 25, 1976. Also surviving are her children, Jennifer Cannon of Dresden, Jason (Drema) Lowe of Frazeysburg, Brian (Shannon) Lowe of Frazeysburg, Sue (Tim) Loomis of Martinsville, IL, Dan Lowe of Bakersfield, CA, Randy (Maureen) Lowe of Techachapi, CA, and Tina (David) Sherrell of Paris, IL. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sisters, Ellen Byers of Martinsburg and Ruth (Rev. Arthur) Ball of Newark. Sisters-in-law, Marjorie Ward of Coshocton and Judy Guthrie of West Carlisle and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Ward, Dale and Gary Guthrie, half sister, Irene Foucht, and brother-in-law, John Byers.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Ron Warren officiating. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Warsaw. Visitation is Friday from 5-8 p.m. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
