On Sept. 24, 2017 the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following calls:
Officer received an animal complaint in the 300 block of East 7th Street.
Officer received a report of an assault in the 500 block of West Main Street. Upon investigation, Trot J. Hout, of West Lafayette, was arrested and charged with assault.
