9:32 A.M. Anthony Bouris was traveling westbound on Hay Ave. when he stated the right side rear tire blew causing his vehicle to swerve left into a parked ca. He left the scene but left a note. He was cited for fail to control, expired tags and expired license.
2:53 P.M. Lu Sims of Coshocton was traveling north on State Route 83 when Anna Blanton of Coshocton was attempting to turn left onto State Route 83 and did not see Lu Sims, pulled out and was struck by Lu Sims.
