REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR LEGAL COUNSEL
The Coshocton Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking proposals for general legal services from interested attorneys in the Coshocton area. Required services would include attendance at monthly and special Board of Commissioners’ meetings, written legal opinions as requested, evictions, and representing the Authority in any action where legal counsel is appropriate. Please submit proposals including qualifications and fee structure to the Acting Director’s Office, Coshocton Metropolitan Housing Authority, 823 Magnolia Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, no later than November 13, 2017.
