NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
To Keyla Marie Hunt, mother, addresses unknown, you are hereby notified that on the 29th day of March, 2017, John and Barbara Ellis, filed in this Court Petitions to Adopt Camryn Johann Hunt, whose date of birth is March 25, 2006, and that her name shall be changed to Camryn Johann Ellis.
The object of this adoption is to terminate all parental rights and responsibilities you as a biological mother have to said minor child.
It is alleged in the Petition that you have failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor and provide for the maintenance and support of the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition.
A hearing on said Petition will be held before the Probate Court at 426 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio, 43812 on the 11th day of January, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. You are required to respond to said Petition within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by Ohio law, the relief requested in the Petition for Adoption may be granted by the Court and will also result in the waiver of your right to consent to said adoption.
In the event your consent is dispensed with you are hereby given further notice of your right to attend the Best Interest Hearing on the date and time referred to herein and your right to be heard at said hearing as to whether the adoptions should be granted.
