Mandy L. Page, of Newcomerstown, was arrested for assault and cited for driving while under a financial responsibility act suspension.
Officer responded to Dollar General reference a property damage accident. No injuries were reported.
Officer responded to the 200 block of West Main Street in reference a littering complaint.
