7:52 A.M. Elizabeth Harp of West Lafayette was traveling westbound on CR 16 when she slid on the icy roadway and struck a guardrail.
11:47 A.M. Richard Kirkbride of Coshocton backed into a vehicle owned by David Strohl of Coshocton while backing into a parking spot at Dollar General.
Complaints
12:06 P.M. Ricky Rhodes of Warsaw reported a missing juvenile.
1:27 P.M. Officers responded to the 200 Block of North 3rd Street on a report of people fighting. Raymond Wachman of Newcomerstown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by public intoxication.
10:00 P.M. Frank Trull of Coshocton reported a rock was thrown through his window.
