Michael A. Helmick
COSHOCTON – Michael A. Helmick, 21, of Coshocton passed away at Grant Medical Center on Thursday January 25, 2018.
Michael was born in Newark, Ohio on January 8, 1997.
He graduated from Coshocton City Schools, class of 2015. He loved spending time with his family and friends, playing video games and fishing. Michael loved anything fast, cars, four-wheelers and street bikes.
Michael is survived by his mother Jennifer (Jason) Bookless of Coshocton; father Todd Helmick of Coshocton; a brother Dylan Helmick of Coshocton; grandparents Jean Darr and Merv Dixon.
He is preceded in death by his grandpa Gerald Darr and great grandparents Bill and Vel Eblin.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday February 3, 2018 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Funeral services for Michael will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 12:30 PM with Mark Granger officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
To honor Michael, his family request that everyone attending the calling hours and services to dress casual, that’s the way Michael would have wanted.
