Ord 3-18 an ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in the amount of not to exceed $1,665,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring the existing water and sewer system from Coshocton County and retiring notes previously issued for such purpose and declaring an emergency. Ord 8-18 an ordinance authorizing the mayor or service director to sign all documents necessary for the city to replace the bar screen at the wastewater treatment plant and declaring it an emergency.
