MILLERSBURG – Donald Edwin Guthrie, age 87, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Saturday morning, March 3, 2018 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio surrounded by his family.
Private family graveside services will be held at Clark Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Northside Baptist Church, Millersburg, Ohio.

Donald was born April 14, 1930 in Millcreek Township, Coshocton County Ohio and was the son of Budd and Edna C. Guthrie. On June 6, 1953 he married Joanne Ellen Boyd and she preceded him in death on September 13, 2012.
Donald was known as the “Bookmobile Man.” He worked 30 years for the Holmes County Library Bookmobile. Donald enjoyed woodworking, fishing with his wife and genealogy.
He is survived by two children and their spouses, Teresa Lynn (Wilbur) Yoder of Millersburg and Brian E. (Karen) Guthrie of Newton Falls; and four grandchildren, Tristan Yoder, Terrell Yoder, Elaine Guthrie and Gregory Guthrie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joanne; one brother; two sisters; and a daughter, Lucinda Ann Guthrie.
