The Coshocton County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the following two tracts of property. These tracts may only be transferred to an adjoining property owner per the regulations as set forth by the Coshocton County Regional Planning Commission, therefore no non-adjoining bidders will be eligible: T-5, being 0.377 acres, more or less, in the North ½ of section 5, in the Second Quarter, T6N, R5W, Unites States Military Lands, in the Township of White Eyes, in the County of Coshocton, in the State of Ohio conveyed to the Board of Commissioners of Coshocton County, Ohio DR 161-217 (part, 1st tract) Parcel #042-10200001-00 (part) and T-7, being 1.302 acres, more or less, in the North ½ of Section 5, in the Second Quarter, T6N, R5W, United States Military Lands, in the Township of White Eyes, in the County of Coshocton, in the State of Ohio, conveyed to the Board of Commissioners of Coshocton County, Ohio, DR 161-220 (part), Parcel #042-10200001-00 (part). Bids will be accepted until April 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Coshocton County Commissioners Office at 401 ½ Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio. Please label all bids: Tracts 5 & 7 – Hydrologic Station Property. The Coshocton County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
