Leonard “Len” T. Pace
COSHOCTON – Leonard “Len” T. Pace, 81, of Coshocton passed away at his home on Saturday, March 24, 2018. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on November 29, 1936 to the late Charlie and Fannie (Johnson) Pace.
He graduated from high school in Stockton, California and continued his education at the Minister of Gospel by World Evangelist Association and Cornerstone School of Ministry. Throughout his life he worked at General Hose Co. of Hebron, Ohio and retired from Longaberger in Dresden, Ohio. He was a member of Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Duncan Falls, Ohio. In his spare time him and his wife loved to travel all over the United States, they would spend hours in the car, laughing, talking, and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Most people that knew Len would describe him as a “true horseman”. He had a knack for training horses and cutting trails.
Len is survived by his wife, Julie (Dittmar) Pace, whom he married August 2, 2003; step children Nick (Angel) Eddy of Cambridge, Ohio, Dawn Eddy of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, LuAnn Untied of Dresden, Ohio, and Mark (Debby) VanAllen of Lawtey, Florida; grandchildren Ryan Sean Eddy, Amanda (Mike) Lowe, Chris and Dekota Untied; and sister-in-law Buehla Pace of Colorado Springs, CO.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his former wife, Charlotte Pace and their daughter Kimberly Lyn Pace; father-in-law Charles Dittmar; mother-in-law Beverly Dittmar; brother Charlie Pace; sisters Jerry Roberts, Edith Godfey, and Kathy McDaniels.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards Coshocton Interim Hospice, 420 Downtowner Plaza, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
