Lady Bears beat New Philadelphia by 10
WARSAW – The River View Lady Bears easily dispatched New Philadelphia 13-3 on April 20.
Peyton Werntz led River View to victory on the pitcher’s mound. She lasted five innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out three.
River View collected 11 hits on the day. Bailey Hettinger, Lauren Krystek, Gracie Dunlap, and Kelsie Williamson each racked up multiple hits for River View. Williamson, Dunlap, Krystek, and Hettinger each managed two hits.
