Two charged in Lafayette Township search warrant

COSHOCTON – On April 28 at approximately 6:10 p.m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 22000 block of SR 751 in Lafayette Twp. This warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation into drug trafficking. Two adult males were taken into custody in reference to this investigation along with multiple drugs, drug-related items and cash.
On April 30, Felino “Jamie” James Navedo, 46 years old and from the Coshocton area and Brian M. Freetage, 33 years old and from the West Lafayette area were both charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the 2nd Degree.
Assisting detectives with this search warrant were the Coshocton County’s SRT, Dog warden and Prosecutor’s Office.
This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
