COSHOCTON – Ronnie Wendell Fisher, age 77, of Coshocton, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018, surrounded by his loved ones and in the comfort of his home.

Ronnie was born in Coshocton County on June 20, 1940 to the late Mose and Norma (Fortune) Fisher. He graduated from Keene High School in 1958. On October 7, 1972, Ronnie married his wife of 45 years, Leah Dobson, who survives. Ronnie worked as a truck driver for Pretty Products and Coshocton Trucking for a number of years and then for his own trucking company, Howell Transportation. Ronnie loved spending his time cutting wood, camping, hunting, and fishing.

Along with his wife, Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Annette (Steve) Kimberley, son, Ronnie (Denise) Fisher, stepsons, Mike Grossenbaugh and John (Shelia) Grossenbaugh, six grandchildren: John Grossenbaugh, Joshua Grossenbaugh, Jeffery Dovenbarger, Heather Hindel, Molly Bates, and Corey Grossenbaugh; numerous great-grandchildren, favorite nephew, Mike Bachman, and good friend, Russell Stone.

Along with his parents, Ronnie is preceded in death by four sisters and seven brothers.

Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11 am with Pastor Mark Granger and Pastor Bill Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Coshocton County Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution can be made to Interim Hospice at 420 Downtowner Plaza, Coshocton, OH 43812.
