Legal Notice
Having been petitioned by the Oxford Township Trustees for the vacation of all of TR 1248, known as High Street and Portions of Oxford Street and Evens Street in the unincorporated Village of Orange, Oxford Township, and as recorded in Plat Book 1 (transcribed), Page 156. Being all of the maintained portion of TR 1248, beginning at its intersection with SR 751, and then proceeding easterly to its termination, a distance of approximately 530 feet. It is the intent of this petition to vacate all of the platted road right-of-way of High Street (TR 1248) as well as the platted portions of Oxford Street and Evens Street between High Street (TR 1248) and Canal Street, a viewing will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. and a Public Hearing will be held in the Coshocton County Commissioners Office, 401 ½ Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
