Legal Notice
Pursuant to Resolution# 2018-34 the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio is offering for sale to the highest and best bidder. Three (3) used motor vehicles are being offered;
1.2001 Dodge Neon,
serial number 1B3ES46CX1D112485 .
2.1990 Ford Dump F47,
serial number 2FDLF47M6LCA97581.
3.1998 Ford Ranger,
serial number 1FTYR14X6NWPB124.
The vehicles may be viewed at the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio Administration Building; Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Complete specifications are on file at the Village Administration Office, 113 East Railroad Street, West Lafayette, Ohio 43845. The vehicles are being sold as is, where is, and without warranty. The successful bidder shall be responsible for delivery. The minimum bid which may be submitted is Nine Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($900.00) per vehicle. The SEALED bid shall be accompanied by a ten (10%) percent certified bank check down payment which shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Please identify which vehicle you would like to bid on, on the envelope. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder shall pay to the Village the remaining amount due by certified bank check and shall take possession of the vehicle and remove it, each within thirty (30) days of award of the bid. Bids shall be opened July 9, 2018 at 6:50 p.m. prior to the Council Meeting which commences at 7:00 p.m. and the purchase and sale or rejection of any or all bids shall be announced. A contract of sale shall be executed within seven (7) days of the award of the bid written. SEALED bids shall be received at the Village Administration Office, 113 East Railroad Street, West Lafayette, Ohio, until 4:00 p.m. on July 9, 2018. Bids received after the final date and time will be rejected.
