4:23 P.M. Mark Franklin of Coshocton failed to yield at the intersection of Locust and 3rd Streets striking a vehicle operated by Janet Wolfe of Coshocton.

8:03 A.M. Steven Stone was arrested for obstructing official business.
9:38 A.M. Deputies identified a male at the 300 block of South 3rd Street as having a warrant. Christopher Williams of West Lafayette fled on a bicycle onto South 2nd Street near CVS crashing into a car. Christopher Williams was apprehended and charged with resisting arrest.
