Applications for fair king and queen available
COSHOCTON – Applications for the 2018 Coshocton County King and Queen Contest, sponsored by the Coshocton County Agricultural Society, locally known as the senior fairboard, are now available at the office on Seventh Street, 707 Kenilworth Ave. or on their website at www.coshoctoncountyfair.org and must be returned to the senior fairboard office by Monday, Aug. 20.
County fair king and queen are selected to reign over activities at the fair and represent Coshocton County in other fairs and festivals. Applicants must be an upcoming high school senior and all Coshocton County seniors are encouraged to apply who are an active member of a Coshocton County youth organization including FFA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Farm Bureau Youth, Junior Grange, or 4-H.
Interviews will be held Sunday, Aug. 26 at the senior fairboard office. Call or stop by the senior fairboard office on Seventh Street to register for an interview time.
