The Coshocton Metropolitan Housing Authority is completing the development of its Agency Plan for 2019 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, and also completing development of a new Five-Year Action Plan for its Capital Fund Program. Those plans will continue to be available for review at the Housing Authority office located at 823 Magnolia Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. A public hearing will be held on October 23, 2018 at 4:30 pm at the Housing Authority’s Learning Center.
