Women of Witness plan fall rally

| October 16, 2018

COSHOCTON – Women of Witness is holding this year’s fall rally on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All are welcome at The Word Worship Center, 808 Orange St., for a potluck lunch and fellowship.

Speaker will be Beth Cormack, executive director of Coshocton Behavioral Health Choices for the last 18 years. Under her direction, 16 residents and their children are housed in the Serenity Suites living apartments in Coshocton, helping those in recovery get a foothold and begin to build their lives again by reuniting with their children, finding stable work and recommitting to healthy values and wellness. She has also been instrumental in bringing medication-assisted treatment to Coshocton’s addicted population as well as other cutting-edge programming for those in recovery.

A champion for children’s ministry, Cormack has been involved in children’s ministry in many capacities over the past 25 years. She feels that children are the future of the world – and more importantly the future of the church.

Beverages and table service will be provided. For more information, call the WOW office at 740-622-3797.
