Residents found deceased after house fire on CR 58
COSHOCTON – On Nov. 14, at 12:17 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to a loud explosion with possible fire in the area of County Road 58 and Township Road 303.
The sheriff’s office responded to the area for investigation as well as the fire department and the Coshocton County EMS. Once in the area deputies located a fully involved structure fire of a residence and out buildings in the 43000 block of County Road 58.
Assisting the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office on scene were the Jackson Township Fire Department, Coshocton City Fire Department, Three Rivers Fire District, Walhonding Valley Fire District, Conesville Fire Department, Coshocton County EMS, Salvation Army, and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
Upon the state fire marshal’s office fire investigator’s initial investigation, the occupants of this address were located inside of the residence deceased. The names of the victims are not being released at this time pending notifications to immediate family.
This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
