In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 4th day of January, 2019, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE TOWNSHIP OF KEENE to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on January 18th, 2019.

NOTE: If the United States of America holds a lien on the real estate, the United States of America shall have the right to redeem as provided by Title 28, Section 2410 (C), United States Code.
