Jim Nelson, an auctioneer and Realtor with Century 21 Courtsquare Realty in Coshocton had the distinction of being named the Honorary Member of the Year at the annual Coshocton County Board of Realtors Christmas dinner and awards ceremony held Thursday evening, Dec. 13 at the Coshocton KOA. Nelson has served the local board in many capacities including holding the office of President for several years.
Paula Carpenter with The Home Loan Savings Bank was honored as the Affiliate of the Year at the annual Coshocton County Board of Realtors Christmas dinner and awards ceremony held Thursday evening, Dec. 13 at the Coshocton KOA. Carpenter has been employed at the bank for over 40 years and those in attendance applauded her award.
Christi Olinger was recognized as the Realtor of the Year at the annual Coshocton County Board of Realtors Christmas dinner and awards ceremony held Thursday evening, Dec. 13 at the Coshocton KOA. Olinger is a Realtor with Peddicord Rice Auction Realty and received a warm round of applause from her peers and guests in attendance which included her two daughters and grand-daughter.
