Coshocton Elementary students ride in limo

| December 18, 2018

COSHOCTON – Students of all grade levels at Coshocton Elementary School received a big surprise on Dec. 17 and 18 as a limo from Classic Limousines of Columbus, Inc. pulled up in front of the front doors. Students were challenged to sell at least 12 items for a school fundraiser and those who met that challenge were treated to lunch at Wendy’s.

The students rode in the limo by grade level and the kindergarteners were first in line to ride to Wendy’s where chicken nuggets seemed to be a popular food choice.

“I’m getting chicken nuggets, French fries, and chocolate milk,” said Colt Fowler. “I can’t wait to be in the limo. I thought we were just going to walk to Wendy’s, but now there’s a limo. We’re riding in a limo to lunch!”

This was Haylee Booth’s first time in a limo.

“This is my first time doing this,” she said. “I’m going to get chicken nuggets, apples, and French fries.”

As the kindergarten students climbed into the limo, Fowler said, “When I say I’m so excited, I speak for all of us.”
