The City of Coshocton Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public meeting for comments and to vote on variance BZA 1-19 on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 5:30 PM in Council Chambers at 760 Chestnut Street, Coshocton.
BZA 1-19 750/752 High Street is asking to split a lot with a common wall on a duplex that will make one lot nonconforming to lot zoning requirements.
