Elva M. Sauer
COSHOCTON – Elva M. Sauer, age 102, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Wallace B. Sauer for 62 years until his passing in 2002; devoted mother of three children, Jo Ann (John), Jonathan (Jane), and Jeffrey (Carol); grandmother of seven; and great-grandmother of thirteen.
Elva believed in volunteering: Hospice, Coshocton Hospital, Roscoe Village, and her church. She enjoyed traveling with Wally, doing handwork, bridge, golf, reading, and most of all being with her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Presbyterian Church, 142 N. 4th St, Coshocton, Ohio with Pastor Karen Crawford officiating. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the memorial service at the church on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Interim Hospice of Coshocton or to the Presbyterian Church.
