By order of the court for publication of Notice to unknown defendants John Doe and Jane Doe, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, beneficiaries, devisees, and other interested parties, and all persons entitled to the next estate of inheritance of the ward, a complaint for sale of real estate owned by Donna Sue Clark, an incompetent person, filed by Carol Jean Darr, Guardian, in Case No. 21720007 by appointment the 11th day of April, 2017, was filed the 29th day of January, 2019.
The complaint alleges sale of real estate is necessary to pay present and future debts of the Defendant, Ward Donna Sue Clark. The real estate to be sold is described as follows and has been appraised at Thirty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($30,000.00) and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value.
Situated in the City of Coshocton, County of Coshocton, and State of Ohio:
Known as Lot Number Three Thousand Thirty-Three (3033) in Thompson’s Subdivision, as said Lot is located and delineated on the recorded plat of said subdivision as appears of record in Plat Book No. 2, Page 72, Coshocton County Plat Records, to which reference is here made, together with all appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises, with all the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, subject, however, to the conditions herein mentioned. See certificate of transfer recorded at Volume 103, Page 1156, Coshocton County Official Records, for restrictions.

Defendants shall answer said complaint within twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication or shall be forever barred from asserting any claim or defense.
