West Lafayette Police Department Report for May 7, 2019
On May 6, 2019 the West Lafayette Police Department investigated the following:
A resident in the 100 block of West Railroad Street reported a theft.
Rachael Walters, of Jamestown, Ohio was traveling North bound in the 100 block of North Kirk Street when her vehicle was sideswiped by a Mildred Klein of West Lafayette, Ohio. No injuries were reported
Ashley Lawrence, of Kimbolton, Ohio was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto East Main Street from Plainfield Road, when she failed to see a vehicle operated by Darin Welker, of West Lafayette, Ohio, that was traveling east bound on Main Street. The Lawrence vehicle failed to yield to the Welker vehicle, causing a crash. No injuries were reported.
