Edward Jones Ranks No. 1 on “Best Employers in Ohio” 2019 list
COSHOCTON – The Ohio SHRM State council teamed up with the Best Companies group of Harrisburg, Pa., and local partner, SHRM, to rank the state’s top 41 employers. Companies were named Best Employers in Ohio for 2019, divided into 22 large companies and 19 small and medium-sized companies by the number of people they employ in Ohio.
The ranking was based on an employer inventory of practices and an anonymous survey of employees, who were asked to agree or disagree with dozens of statements about the firm, teamwork and their individual experience at the firm. For 12 consecutive years, Edward Jones has ranked in the top 15 Best Employers in Ohio.
