11:24 A.M. Rusty Morris of Coshocton was traveling westbound on Kenilworth Avenue when he struck Matthew Holmes of Coshocton.
Complaints:
10:28 A.M. Brandon Fyock of Coshocton was arrested for domestic violence and criminal damaging in the 500 block of South Lawn Avenue.
