9:31 A.M. Jeffrey Drushel failed to yield to Robert Weaver while traveling on State Route 16 and struck his vehicle causing Mr. Weaver to strike a concrete barrier.
11:24 A.M. Randy Conkle backed into another vehicle on South 2nd Street.
10:19 P.M. Michael Poland struck a deer while traveling on US 36.
Complaints:
5:07 P.M. David Addy reported a hit and run on North 10th Street.
9:25 P.M. Damien Brown was arrested for domestic violence.
