Legal Notice
Pursuant to Resolution #2019-47 the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio is offering for sale to the highest and best bidder a motor vehicle, a backhoe and a roller;
1. 1997 Ford F350 Squad,

2. 1987 Massey Ferguson Backhoe 50H A2088
3. Beuthling Roller B-50, serial number 50-164
The vehicles may be viewed at the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio Administration Building; Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Complete specifications are on file at the Village Administration Office, 113 East Railroad Street, West Lafayette, Ohio 43845. The vehicles are being sold as is, where is, and without warranty. The successful bidder shall be responsible for delivery. The minimum bid which may be submitted for the 1997 Ford F350 is Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($3,000.00) and the minimum bid which may be submitted for the Backhoe is One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) and the minimum bid which may be submitted for the Roller is One Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000.00). The SEALED bids shall be accompanied by a ten (10%) percent certified bank check down payment which shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder shall pay to the Village the remaining amount due by certified bank check and shall take possession of the vehicle and remove it, each within thirty (30) days of award of the bid. Bids shall be opened at 6:50 p.m. on November 11, 2019 prior to the Council Meeting which commences at 7:00 p.m. and the purchase and sale or rejection of any or all bids shall be announced. A contract of sale shall be executed within seven (7) days of the award of the bid written. SEALED bids shall be received at the Village Administration Office, 113 East Railroad Street, West Lafayette, Ohio, until 4:00 p.m. on November 11, 2019. Bids received after the final date and time will be rejected.
