NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO: Audrey Howard; Jeremy Brown; Shannon Brown; Carli Brown and any unknown heirs of Joseph H. Brown, Jr., Deceased
You are hereby notified that Joseph H. Brown, Jr. died on June 21, 2019, that the Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate case no. 21910123 by the Probate Court of Coshocton County, Ohio, located at 426 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on October 22, 2019, and that James H. Brown, 33900 TR 68, Frazeysburg, Ohio 43822 is the proposed Commissioner of said decedent’s estate.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate.
After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three (3) months after the filing of the certificate.
