4:16 P.M. Taisha Kaspar was attempting to switch lanes at the intersection of Walnut Street and South 2nd Street when she struck James Murphy.
Complaints:
5:44 P.M. James Harsh reported that someone broke into a mobile home that he owns on TR 12 and stole several items.
9:07 P.M. Kacey Walker was arrested and charged with OVI.
9:22 P.M. Danielle Hubble was arrested on a warrant.
