Parents and students are invited to learn how high school and middle school students can enroll in college for free by attending one of Central Ohio Technical College’s upcoming College Credit Plus information nights.
Topics to be covered include pros and cons of CCP, GPA, course placement, testing, athletic eligibility, high school graduation and college pathways. The sessions also will include a Q-and-A period with COTC staff.
Students can attend CCP classes at their high school or at any of COTC’s four campus locations in Newark, Coshocton, Mount Vernon and Pataskala. Enrolling in CCP is free; there is no cost for tuition, books or fees for students who attend a public school. Students who attend a private school or are home-schooled may have limited costs.
