Hospital remains committed to caring for citizens
The Coshocton Regional Medical Center (CRMC) remains committed to caring for our citizens in times of emergency. If you have an emergency illness or signs and symptoms that require immediate medical care you can visit the CRMC Emergency Department. If you have a cough, fever or flu like symptoms you are asked to call your primary medical provider. If you do not have a primary medical provider, you can call the CRMC Nurse Line at 740-623-4019. If you are having chest pains, difficulty breathing, numbness or paralysis, or other symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, do not hesitate to call 911.

The collaborative effort of public health, public safety, EMA as well as city and county officials continue to meet in an effort to maintain a common operating picture and to be sure information is shared. We ask our citizens to only rely on credible sources for information about the COVID-19 pandemic.
Actions for Citizens
Please refer to official sources for accurate information about what is being accomplished in the fight against COVID-19. There are many untrue rumors and misinformation that can hinder our ability to provide important information that the citizens of Coshocton County needs.
Check on your neighbors. Help one another out as we all go through this difficult time. Be patient and kind to one another.
To prevent the spread of the disease the CDC encourages everyone to follow these effective practices:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer only if soap and water are not available.
- Avoid touching you eyes nose and mouth
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing
- Avoid contact with sick people
- Stay home when you are sick
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects – doorknobs, light switches, keyboards, etc.
